Could you help me with the translations

(By) Yuan Fa

* Jiangyou is the alternative name of Jiangxi Province, where Jindezhen City is situated.

I can't read the　口　marked character.

Yuan Fa 源發　was a painter, active at the end of Qing Dynasty and beginning of Republic era
