Difficult to determine by way of one low quality picture.
However, I believe that it is product of the 20th century.

I agree with our esteemed member Ernest opinion on the material.
It's highly probable to be bowenite. You will note the highly translucent areas.

This Could be Jade or Bowenite. Made about anno 20000
