花氣随酒鴬歌和人
曹有光
Kaki sake ni shitagai, ōka hito ni wasu
(Classical Japanese reading of Chinese text)
The aroma of flowers comes along with wines
The song of orioles softens the hearts of people
Cao Youguang

This is a somewhat shortened citation attributed to Cao Dazhang 曹大章 1521-1575 politician and poet of the Ming Dynasty.
Here is mistakenly attributed to Cao Youguang 曹有光 a Qing Dynasty painter.

Starting seal,
空門 - Kūmon - Teaching of void (Buddhist phrase)

I can't decipher the painter's seal in the left lower corner.

With regards,
I.Nagy
