Can anyone help identify this chop mark/artist and help date the ink painting? It is about 39" tall in frame.

seal says josen no in 如川之印, and referes to Kanou Josen Chikanobu (1660 - 1728).
He was often forged in the 18th century, so this is the time your painting was done too.
