It's a kabuki triptych by Kuniyoshi. The pictures are so bad that there is hardly anything to read.
There is a comparable print by Kunisada. On this are the actors and roles (from left) [the background actor bottom left is unnamed]:
Ichimura Uzaemon XII, Ichikawa Danjūrō VIII, Bandō Shūka I (they are not named on the print, but they are identifiable)
Toiya Jinsoku Magoshichi (問屋人足孫七), Tateba no Taheiji (立場の太平次), Magoshichi nyōbō Oyone (孫七女房およね)
Play: "Yume monogatari", performed at the Ichimura theatre, Edo, in 8/1848.
The publisher on your Kuniyoshi print is Yamamotoya Heikichi. Censor seals perhaps Mera and Murata.
