Subject:artist's name? Chinese watercolor

I recently got this large Chinese watercolor, 26" x 38". An original, not a poster or lithograph, etc. I think it is more or less contemporary.

Would like to know the artist's name and any other info provided by the photos.

賓　-　Bin - Surname
Lower seal,
恩能畫印　　　-　Painting seal of Enneng

Bin Enneng 賓恩能 unidentifiable contemporary artist.
