Subject:Help with identifying this seal

Hello, it's me again. Am trying to figure out what does the seal say and is it a collector's seal/artist's seal/leisure seal. Please help! Much thanks.

Seal reads,
馬上斜陽城下華　
The sun is about to set
Near the castle there are flowers

This seal was preserved and and used regularly by Qi Baishi during his life time.
