Subject:WATERCOLOR, CALLIGRAPH 1980-83, LOYANG , WHICH ARTIST ?

HELLO FROM SWEDEN !

My name is Gustav,i visited ROC a few times from 1989 upto 2014 and nowkeeping a watercolor with calligraph and a red ink seal. Wonder if anyone who follow this can identify the artist. The painting was bought in Loyang in 1983 and brought to Sweden by a traveller.

Unfortunately I can't read the 2nd character in the seal.
