Subject:Signature of Okimono

I have just acquired a small okimono, signed, but the antique dealer could not give me the translation of the signature. Could someone help me to translate this name of Japanese ivory carver?

Tanks very much for your identification of this signature. Above the signature, there a third ideogram. does it have a particular meaning ?

The third one is not an identifiable ideogram (character).
