Subject:Suzuki Harunobu - I would like some help to date and Help with text
Posted By: Arun Mon, Oct 25, 2021 IP: 47.205.116.36

I have just purchased this woodblock. I have been able to identify it as
Transformation of Kikujiro 1765A woman picking chrysanthemums along the banks of a stream. From an original 1765 Japanese woodcut, Yatsushi kikujido, by Suzuki Harunobu
https://fineartamerica.com/featured/transformation-of-kikujiro-1765-padre-art.html

also accompanying the art is a stamp on the back of the woodblock Picture 2 (what does this say?) and another sheet with some text, picture 3 (related? and what does it say?.

is it possible to translate and identify age of this woodblock? Many Thanks.

Adachi Publishing was founded in 1928. For their reprints they used the same materials and techniques as in the Edo period.
Your reprint could be dated between 1928 and 1945.
