Subject:Help Identify Art Work Artist

Greetings all,
I am sure this is a long shot, but this seems like the best place to ask.

We are trying to identify this artist so we can at least, get a reprint if available of this art work. Unfortunately, we never got photos of the back. This is all we have to go on. Not even sure where to look at this point.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
