Upper seal,
文　　 　 -　Wen - Surname of artist
福元　　 -　Fuyuan - Given name (Female)
Leisure seal, (From the Oct.7th posting)
山河壮麗　-　Magnificient rivers and mountains

Wen Fuyuan 文福元　
Early Qing Synasty paintress from the time of Shunzi Emperor. She was good at mountain lamdscapes.

I think your picture is a 20th century hand painted copy.
