Subject:Translation of Chinese inscription on bowl request please

I wonder if someone would please be kind enough to translate the inscription on the attached from the bottom of a Chinese bowl (which also has a lid / top with the same inscription).

Guangxu period 1875-1908.

So does that signify the bowl was actually made in that period (1875 - 1908)?
