Who knows this mark (China or Japan Vase?).
Please help.

The mark is mirrored, so I added the correct way to display it.
It looks to me like Japanese Satsuma ware.
Unfortunately I can only read 2 of the Kanji characters, 1 is incomplete and 1 is too vague to read (for me). Perhaps someone else knows more.
Probably made around 1900.

It is modern Chinese vase,
Marking reads,
高档　　　　High Grade (Superior Quality)
陶艺 (藝） Ceramic Art
