Hallmark readings (from right to left),
(Top)
漳州　- Zhangzhou (Changchow) - City name in Fujian Province
(Right and lleft sides),
點銀　-　Transmuted silver
(Middle vertically),
天和　-　Tianhe (Celestial Harmony) - Could be the
maker's name
