Ok fan in literati tradition, the inscription claiming it is in the style of Wu Zhen, a Yuan painter, but the only direct connection to Wu’s style are the vegetation dots. Another connection is that Wu has a handscroll called “the central mountain” but despite the hills on the background this picture does not seem to be copying that one. Dated autumn bingshen year, probably 1896 (as opposed to 1836 or earlier/later). Not entirely sure who the artist was.
