Subject:Help Appraise this Vase?

I just purchased this vase and I need help with some information on it.
It's exactly 11" tall. The width at the top is just under 4" and at the bottom just over 3". It's made of some kind of metal. It weighs 1.92 lbs.
Could this thing be worth something? Any idea of age or origin? I found a similar item here:
