Subject:potter identification
Posted By: Tony Mon, Jul 26, 2021 IP: 96.67.237.254 Hi this may be difficult but I am giving it a try. Could anyone please help to identify this Japanese Bizen potter? The cursive kanji handwriting is very hard to decipher and also the cross mark under the base is no where to be found! |

Posted By: Tony Shubart Thu, Jul 29, 2021 amazing thanks! I can't find much of anything on Namba Koyo. I assume he is a modern potter? Any info on him would be awesome. So I guess it was made by him but collected by the other 16th generation potter? there is a cross shape mark under the vase too, |
