Can someone please read this mark and who the maker is? Kamcheng/ tureen is 9" h and 9" diameter

Marking reads,
福鼎榮號　-　Fuding Rong Hao - Fuding Luxury Mark
(Fuding is a city name in Fujian)

It seems to be a late Qing or Rebublic era product.
