Hello, I hope everyone is well. I am hoping to receive some assistance in dating/identifying this antique. I believe it to be handpainted enamel on bronze, but I'm not sure. I cannot identify the makers marks as well.
I have attached photos of the item in a link to a gallery as the filesize is too large.
