Anyone able to decipher / identify this, from an old scroll painting of a swallow and willow? Thanks in advance.

左衛門尉基益 - Saemon no Jō Motoyasu - Minister on the Left and Inspector Motoyasu
(An administrative court rank - in the Edo period it was a kind of unofficial title used by samurai warriors and sometimes by painters, too)
Seal reads,
松溪 - Shōkei (Pine creek) - Art-name
This art name was quite popular during the late Edo period. I found 8 of them in my dictionaries, but paired with the above name and title I didn't find any.

With regards,
