Chinese bone figur, Can anyone translate the mark at the bottom?? Thanks

You will need to show us the whole figure.
The base looks like ivory with the shregger lines. However these are being reproduced and the image looks round. It should be oval.

I have read that shregger lines do not show on Bone Is that correct.?
So is this Bone or Ivory?? My guess Bone

Apocryphal four character base mark reads,
乾隆年製　-　Qiánlóng Nián-zhì　-　Made During the Qianlong Reign
(Qianlong -title of reign 1736-1795 - of Aisin Gioro Hongli, 4th emperor of the Qing Dynasty, called posthumously Qing Gaozong)
