Does any one know this maker,looks like maybe Chinese to me.
looking also for age of box.

Your box was made by Da Fu (Tai Fook), a Chinese silversmith operating in the Thien Hue Province of Vietnam during the first part of the 20th century.

Reference: von Ferscht, Adrien, The Collectors’ Guide to Chinese Export Silver 1785-1940, 3rd Ed., 2013. Page 101.

Many thanks for your great help,I also found the same reference today before I read your post,
I am happy my box is earlier than most people thought it was,I may have it tested ,although it probably is silver,grade?
