The images are of a Japanese woodblock print. I think the artist is Hiroshige. If anybody could help with the translation I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Your print is a repro of "Rough Sea at Naruto in Awa Province (Awa naruto fūha) 阿波鳴門の風波" from Hiroshige's series "Pictures of Famous Places in the Sixty-odd Provinces".

Here is the whole series. Yours is #55.
