三幅對中 - Sanpuku-tsui Naka - Middle Sheet of a triptych
かんだ風 - Kanda-fū - Kanda style

Oiran and Two Kamuros (Assistant Girls)
Unsigned - Supposed to be a fake print
The original work is attributed to Kondō Katsunobu
with the English title "Buddhist Nun Speaking to Two little Girls who are Following Her" (Met)

The red seal in the left lower corner reads,
土佛斿水 - Tsuchibotoke no mizuasobi - A clay Buddha plays with water (Disregard your own weak point)
An enigmatic meaning

With regards,
I.Nagy
