Subject:A wooden box with 5 ceramic cups

Dear friends,
It is a wooden box with writings on top, and it comes with five small ceramic cups.
I would really appreciate your help on the meaning of the writings and the mark, please.

Right top (Red marking),
有田燒　-　Arita-yaki - Arita ware
Middle,
仙茶揃　-　Sencha-zoroi -　Sencha set
Left (Signature),
青山作　-　Aoyama-saku - Made by Aoyama
Seal,
謹製　　-　Kinsei - Carefully manufactured

Bottom mark,
靑　　　-　"Ao" in a box
