Subject:Chinese bronze plate

I need information about the inscription on this plate. I don't now how old it is, but patina looks very ancient. My guess it is as minimum 300 years old.

It is a square bronze mirror from the Qing Dynasty
with a poem on the back side,
方正而明 萬里無塵
水天弌色 犀照群倫
It is square and bright
There is no dust for thousand miles
The waters and the skies are the same color
Sharply reflecting all living beings

With regards,
I.Nagy
