It is a seal print and reads,
十洲　-　Shízhōu
It was the art-name of Qiú Yīng 仇英　1994-1552, Ming Dynasty painter.

However, the top of the gourd shaped seals used by Qiu Ying do not peak out this way (into a mouthpiece like nipple). I checked it in several seal print dictionaries.
