Subject:Looking for any information on a little jar

Hello all,

recently I recovered this little jar. I am not familiar with it and want to learn for what it was used. The diameter is about 7 cm and the height is about 3,4 cm. What does the inscription tells us? Inside there is a seal. Give this seal some information about the age of the jar and its origin?

I am a little bit surprised that no body of experts in our forum could give an answert to my question. Is there really a problem with the translation or the export seal?
