I need everyone's help to identify a text and a stamp on a kakemono probably Chinese.

桃花澗水 - Peach blossoms with mountain stream
丁酉夏日擬張子臣筆 
On a Summer Day of the Year of Fire-Rooster (...1897...) Imitation of Chang Zichen's painting
茂苑文海 - Mao Yuan Wenhai
Seal,
嬴舟 - Yingzhou (Winning boat) - Pseudonym

Yuan Wenhai 苑文海 
Unidentifiable artist, Probably Mao was his original given name

Chang Zicheng 張子臣 (Date of birth and death unknown)
Was a Qing Dynasty painter, who has been a guest in Shanghai, was good at figure, flower and plants painting. Died early.
