(Kaiko = Good start)
Insuitei 淫水亭 was the alias of Ryūsuitei Tanekiyo 柳水亭種清1823-1907
Fiction writer and "shunpon" (illustrated erotic book) editor. Started as a Buddhist monk, then excommunicated, but in his later years he was allowed to return to the priesthood.
