Subject:Help with Bronze Inscriptions on Censer
Posted By: JoJo Tue, Apr 20, 2021 IP: 2601:85:4700:4940:2d

Hello,

Can someone please help me translate the inscriptions on this bronze censer? I'm hoping to determine the inscription that belongs to the artist and/or maker of this piece.

Thank you all in advance for your help!

Reading of markings,
Pic.1,
信 - Nobu (Given name) 僊人 - Sennin (Hermit)
Pic.2,
窮 - Kiwame (Utmost) 亭 - Tei (Pavillion)
雪舟 - Sesshū ( Name of a 15.c painter; Sesshū Tōyō, who uesd a seal exactly with the same cut)
Pic.3
守信 - Morinobu (Poshumous name of the 17c. Japanese painter Kanō Kan'yū) 卯田 - Uda
(A surname that cannot be tied anywhere - It might be the surname of the artist making this censor)
I can't read the third character.

With regards,
I.Nagy
