Can you help me to identify two seals on Chinese paintings?

The first character is not a standard layout cut. Unfortunately, the top half of the signature above it, which hopefully would answer to the question is missing from the picture. The signature, seal(s) and date etc. (colophon) are complementary to each other.
What I can read now,

李雄風　- Lĭ　Xióngfēng

Unidentifiable artist. Maybe the whole colophon and the picture would reveal a little more about the artist - maybe not.

This must not on any account be 艾, I try to read it,

I can't find artist with these names.
Likewise, I can't decide from the screen if the picture is from 1979 or 1919.
