I bought this painting few months back, I just want to know whether it is Japanese or Chinese painting? Kindly help me to find the artist and what are those two red stamps.

魏榮深　Wei Rongshen

Wei Rongshen 魏榮深　1930-
He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.

Thank you very much for identifying the painting. I tried to google the name but could not find much information about this artist.

Can you please let me know how to find more information about artist or if you have any link for the artist which will be very good.
