Please help identify artist name on these two Possibly watercolor paintings. both looks to be for the same artist, painted on silk.

Since the ladies are depicted in the Korean costume called Chima jeogori, it is assumed that their painter is also Korean.
Signature and lower seal,
亞井　A-jeong - Korean female given name (아정)

Unfortunately I can't decipher the upper seal.
