A figure of a mythological beats comprising a lion’s body with an elephant’s head, the trunk curled round an object held in its front paws, seated on a square throne. This is an unusual image since it takes the form of a Leogryph but has the head of an elephant. It could represent a form of Ganesha, but he would normally be represented with a human body.
