A miniature Shaivite shrine, with a central deity depicted as a four headed mukhalinga set in a yoni in the centre of a flat square base, surrounded by four Nandi bulls, each facing a Siva head, one of which is on a raised circular platform. In between these on the corners are the Shaivite symbols of a cobra, Ganesha seated under Shesha, a chakra and a trident. Each corner is also pierced possibly for attachment.
