Iron, gold, silver
Spearhead, L. 27 1/8 in. (68.9 cm); ferrule, L. 13 5/8 in. (34.6 cm)

The spearhead is extensively decorated
with damascening in gold and silver. Even though the ferrule
is decorated to a lesser extent, it is noteworthy since
ferrules are generally roughly made and left undecorated.
The decoration of the blade features the Three Jewels in
silver surrounded by flames in gold and positioned on a
golden lotus base.
