As in Western modern and contemporary art, sculpture is not as popular a medium for contemporary artists as painting, but there are several notable artists who work in the the three dimensional mediums of sculpture and installation art. Among those represented in Nepal Art Now are senior artist Pramila Giri, and younger artists Sheelasha Rajbhandari and Koshal Hamal.
