Sameer Tuladhar, asianart.com assistant editor and photographer, witnessed the Bisket chariot tug of war in Taumadhi square on April 10, 2019 and took these two photographs, the first with the under-repair Bhairava temple in the background. The environment has changed but the level of enthusiasm remains high!
