Large jade Buddha's Hand/Citron
18th century
Height: 8.75 inches

This jade citron is carved as a vessel emanating from a branch at the base. Carved in bold and high relief with tendrils sprouting upward and curling in various directions. A smaller citron carved at one side. The stone of greenish white jade with blushes of russet at one side.
