A painting of bohidharma anonymous in colours on paper, depicting the figure of Buddha, stading in red flowery robes, the outlines in yellow and brown, the bearded head turned to the left. With sahven head and rings through the earlobes, long nailed heands clasped over the corpulent belly mounted with Chinese blue brocade.

Note: Having traveled from India, became the first of the Chinese Patriarchs of Buddhism. (Arrived in AD520, during the reign of the Emperor Wu Ti - embracing Buddhism - the Japanese claim that he visited Japan in AD613 - crossing the sea on a reed, bringing with him carved Images and books. Settling on Mount Kataoka - he has become ta favourite god, as well as a teased figure.)
