Adjacent to Rongda House, Juenpa is the next THF full rehabilitation project. After the completion of Rongda, the residents of Juenpa moved out in order for their home to receive the same restorative treatment. The building is plagued by severe structural faults, due to wood-eating beetle infestation and water infiltration on the ground level. THF has begun lowering the surrounding alleyway to its original level, and has discovered that one of the apartments has served as a protectore goddess chapel in former times. The full rehabilitation is scheduled for completion in summer 2000.
