On this carved boulder we find a lone horseman who seems to be grasping the reins of his mount while he counterbalances with the other arm. The sun and moon rise above him, symbols that have had cosmological and talismanic value for millennia and which are well known in the Bon tradition (as well as their later Vajrayana connotations).
