by Stevan Davies

White Tara (English-Sanscrit) / Tsagaan Dar‘ekh (Mongolian) Tara is elegantly depicted here with a halo of gold, holding a pink lotus in the left hand with the right hand in a mudra of generosity. She always has seven eyes, one in the center of her forehead, two in her face, two in her palms, two in the soles of her feet. |
