Line 1 Om Sa rba byid sva ha

Line 3 Te sha' n (reversed sha) ta tha' ga to (omitted: hy) a (va) dat/ te sha' nya (sic: na) tsa yo ni ro
Line 4 dha e bam va(too pale di) ma ha shra ma na// bzod pa dka' thub dam
Line 5 pa bzod pa ni// mya ngan
Line 6 'das mchog ces sangs
Line 7 rgyas gsung// rab tu byung ba gzhan la gnod pa dang// gzhan la 'tshe ba dge

(this is the form of Vairocana which is white body, four heads, and which has Acala as an emanation)

Ye dharma hetuprabhava hetum tesam tathagatah/
Hy avadat tesam ca yo nirodha evamvadi mahasramanah//

Translation of the Sanscrit verses:
Of all the factors of existence (dharma) rising from a cause, the Tathagata (the Buddha) has spoken; of their cessation too; He the Mahasramana (the Buddha), who speaks truthfully.

Bzod pa dka’ thub dam pa bzod pa ni// Mya ngan 'das pa
mchog ces sangs rgyas sung// Rab tu byung ba gzhan la
gnod pa dang// Gzhan la 'tshe ba dge sbyong ma yin no//

Translation of Tibetan verses:
Patience is the supreme ascetic practice, patience is supreme nirvana, said the Buddha(s). The renunciate who harms another and who injures another is no Sramana (Buddhist ascetic).

Om Candamaharosana ma ma ya hum phat//
Translation:
Om Praise to Candamaharosana (an alternative Sanscrit name for Acala).
Om a hum
