![]() Detail: set The set consisting of three painted wooden plaques depicting at their nadir the deity Nilam Baradhara Vajrapani (Tib: Phyag-rDor Gos-sNgon), the wrathful deity identified by the dorje in his right hand and atop his skull diadem. He holds a bell in his left hand and wears a dharmacakra at his breast which is encircled by writhing serpents as he tramples on a prostrate corpse. The upper section of the torma set is supported by the two lower sections which depict roiling flames. |
