 Detail: Alternate view This unique and innovative Chinese military campaign table features legs that fold under the table top, and handles for carrying. It was used on the battlefield by military officers and was crafted to travel easily and lightly. When the legs are folded under the table, the table's height is only 11 inches. It has a rich medium brown finish. Each horizontal bar is decorated with carvings of leaves towards the ends. The ends are rounded for easy grasping when carried. Supports for the table's top resting on the carrying bar feature a carving of a bull's head at each corner. The carvings repeat on each side of the table. Detail: Folded |
