The two bold black characters as well as those in the red seal appear to read as 麦馈, or 'Mai Kui' in Mandarin Chinese. However, the style of the farm architecture seems to me to be more Japanese than Chinese. 'Mai" can be a surname, so this might be an artist's name, but a title is suggested by its literal meaning of 'Gift of Food', when read in the context of the agrarian scene. Perhaps one of our Japanese contributor's could comment on this one.
