Previous discussions in this forum point toward bowls of this type being in the category of 'Kitchen Qing', made by southern kilns for domestic utilitarian purposes and--in my opinion--possible export to Southeast Asia, though other forum threads indicate kilns in Borneo were making similar forms and patterns as of a few years ago. Anthony J. Allen's latest book, 'Allen's Antique Porcelain - The detection of Fakes' shows an example of the same form of Chinese B&W bowl but with stamped-on basket decoration, which he dates to the early 19th century. Other experts in the forum, when commenting on dishes more like yours, have dated them to the mid-19th century and later, which is the dating I've used with a pair in a similar pattern I purchased several years ago.
